Scrunchies are made from sock cuff-loops, cut from used torn socks. Each cuff-loop gets a special crochet topping from differed but matching yarn leftovers making every single scrunchy special and unique. Depending on the size of the socks, scrunchies can come in different sizes- details follow after ordering! More photos of ready-2-wear pieces are coming soon… 🙂

Socks are our bare necessity, they are the essential part of our daily wardrobe and they often don’t last longer then a year, two years at best. Question is, what to do with them once they’ve seen their best days, so that they don’t end up discarded in trash? At Frenzy, we found the way to deal with all the parts of the socks: cuffs are used for scrunchies, body loop-cut-outs are used for crochet projects like home slippers or baskets and heal&toes parts are cut into small pieces and are used as the filling material for cushions, soft toys or fragrance sachets.

Frenzy is giving a new life cycle to already manufactured and used pieces of clothing by refreshing them or combining parts of them into new clothing pieces or accessorise while using as many parts of original clothing pieces as possible to lessen the production waste.
