This warm hand-knitted colourful chunky cardigan with super rich sleeves is practical, comfortable and to easy care for. It showcases a unique blend of contrasting yet complementary yarns. Two chunky leftover yarns were discovered at a local second-hand charity shop, while two fine yarns were repurposed from different knitted garments. To add extra chunky character and better fit into the design, the final yarn was first crafted using a knitting mill.

Upcycling

Frenzy gives a new life cycle to already manufactured and used clothing- refreshing them, or combining their parts into new clothing and accessories. We use as many elements of the original pieces as possible to reduce production waste and honour what already exists.
